JGrady Select Cheese Club


Shipping Policy:
All orders for JGrady Select Cheese Club will ship the first week of every month except first orders, they will ship within 48 hours of order confirmation, and second order will ship as all regular orders at the first of each month. Non recurring orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the shopping process. This includes packing your cheese order in environmentally friendly recycled cardboard protective boxes or damage free packaging for non-cheese items. Shipping will be via standard UPS ground service unless otherwise requested.

When placing reorders of cheese, every effort will be made to pack and ship within 2-3 business days of order receipt. In some instances, cheeses available on the web site may be currently out-of-stock. If this is the circumstance, JGrady Select may hold the entire order until the complete order can be filled. If the out-of-stock cheese order is not available, JGrady Select will contact the customer and suggest an alternate cheese or ship the order as is.

JGrady Select cannot ship cheese or items that include cheese to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

JGrady Select reserves the right to refuse sale or shipment of product for any reason with explanation.

Cheese orders:
For standard ground shipping and handling the cost is $10.95.
For 2nd day air shipping and handling is 25.95.
For overnight air shipping and handling 49.95.

Shipping Errors:
Every effort is made to assure the accuracy of your order but occasionally an order may be shipped with the wrong items. All shipping error claims must be submitted to JGrady Select customer service within 7 days of delivery. If possible, your order will be corrected or a credit will be issued.

Shipping Damage:
If your order is damaged during shipment, it is very important to contact JGrady Select customer service immediately so a claim with the shipping company can be filed. All damaged shipping claims must be submitted to JGrady Select customer service within 7 days of delivery. If items are still available, a replacement order will be shipped immediately. If the order is not available then the customer will be notified to make a substitution or refund of the order.
