Shipping

All orders for JGrady Select Wine of the Month Club will ship the first week of every month except first orders, they will ship within 48 hours of order conformation, and second order will ship as all regular orders at the first of each month. Non recurring orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the shopping process. This includes packing your wine order in environmentally friendly recycled cardboard protective boxes or damage free packaging for non-wine items. Shipping will be via standard UPS ground service unless otherwise requested.

When placing reorders of wine, every effort will be made to pack and ship within 2-3 business days of order receipt. In some instances, wines available on the web site may be currently out-of-stock. If this is the circumstance, JGrady Select may hold the entire order until the complete order can be filled. If the out-of-stock wine order is not available, JGrady Select will contact the customer and suggest an alternate wine or ship the order as is. When purchasing exotic wines, out-of-stocks could be slightly higher than normal wines due to the fact that exotic wines sometimes have limited availability or are only made in small quantities. We will always make every effort to maintain sufficient stock levels to fill our customer’s needs.

JGrady Select cannot ship wine or items that include wine to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

JGrady Select reserves the right to refuse sale or shipment of product for any reason with explanation.

Wine orders:
For standard ground shipping and handling the cost is $10.95.
For 2nd day air shipping and handling is $25.95.
For overnight air shipping and handling $49.95.

Adult Signature:
You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Shipments containing alcohol are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker and the common carrier that delivers the order is required to ask for and check for identification upon delivery.

States we can ship to:
Due to the many variances in state laws regarding alcohol shipments, we can currently only accept online wine orders from the following states: Alaska*, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas*, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. With constantly changing wine laws and pending lawsuits, please check our web site frequently to see if your state has been added to those states we can ship to. Non wine items can be shipped to all 50 states.

*Shipments to non-dry counties/towns and/or permitted residents only.

Shipping Errors:
Every effort will be made to ensure JGrady Select customers receive a 100% product satisfaction. We want to hear about your shopping experience and any difficulties you may have with current orders. If you do experience any problems, please contact customerservice@jgradyselect.com immediately.

Shipping Damage:
If your order is damaged during shipment, it is very important to contact JGrady Select customer service immediately so a claim with the shipping company can be filed. All damaged shipping claims must be submitted to JGrady Select customers service within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@jgradyselect.com. If items are still available, a replacement order will be shipped immediately. If the order is not available then the customer will be notified to make a substitution or refund of the order.

Corked or Oxidized Wines:
Wine is a perishable product. JGrady Select understands that despite proper cellaring, wines will occasionally be corked or oxidize sooner than expected. Without proper cellaring wine will and does go bad. JGrady Select will authorize the return of corked wine in limited cases involving current purchases only.
